What we collect

When you place an order we ask for your name, mobile number, delivery address and, if you choose, your email address. When you use the contact form or newsletter we receive your name, email address and message. We do not ask for or store card, UPI or bank details: online payments are handled entirely by our payment partner, Razorpay.

How we use it

• To prepare, pack and deliver your order, and to contact you about it.
• To send order confirmations and status updates by WhatsApp or email.
• To let you track your order on this website with your mobile number and order ID.
• To reply to your messages, and to send newsletter emails if you signed up for them.

Who we share it with

We share only what each partner needs to do its job: our payment partner (Razorpay) to process online payments, our delivery or courier partner to deliver your order, and our messaging and email providers to send you updates. We never sell your details or share them for anyone else's marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for deliveries, customer support, and our tax and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your details at any time, unless the law requires us to keep a record.

Cookies

The shop remembers your cart in your own browser so it survives a page refresh. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
